A client in the food industry was looking to test a new product range with a different target audience to their current customer base. We designed a research project to answer their questions about the current market for this type of product, various ingredients and labels that people were interested in, and how open they were to potential names and designs for the new product. With a combination of secondary data and an online survey we were able to provide clarity and information on the most desired options and helped to shape the look and feel for this new range. Feedback from the client is that they were impressed with the quality of our research report, delivered within a limited time frame and cost effective budget.
