Carols by Candlelight is a major fundraiser for Vision Australia, a not for profit organisation which provides services for their visually impaired clients across Victoria.  This key annual event provides the opportunity for Vision Australia to promote it’s services to the community, raising awareness of issues faced by visually impaired people, but also provides much needed funding for these services across the year.We curated and ran a Partnerships Workshop for Vision Australia, bringing together Carols By Candlelight sponsors – both media and in kind – to collaborate on goals for the event.  With no major sponsor locked in at the time, it was imperative to find ways to drive fundraising opportunities, create engaging content and bring people on the journey of Vision Australia clients.  The two hour workshop created new initiatives which will be rolled out over the next few years for Carols by Candlelight events.
