A collaboration between Harry’s Ice Cream Co and Diageo saw the creation of Bundaberg Rum Ice Cream in late 2019, utilising the popularity of these two brands.

In early 2020, we embarked on a PR campaign to promote this product release, executing a food stylist shoot and marketing campaign focused on Queensland, the heart of Bundaberg Rum fans.  Online, food bloggers, trade and radio were targeted to provide awareness for this limited range of ice cream flavours.

Stories ran on national trade sites such as Retail World and Triple M’s Breakfast show in Brisbane did a fun spot with Marto eating ice cream at 5.30am during the show.  Pedestrian also picked up the story with more than 1,200 comments on the Facebook post.
